Kai has been on the path of wellness through the healing arts for over 20 years and as a career for over 10. With roots stemming from her yoga practice, she has studied things from shambla to colorpunture to neuromusclusar massage and experienced things from sensory deprivation to applied kinesiology. Tantra has been an organic evolution over the last 4 years. She has had the blessing of several great teachers in the classroom and in relationship.
