Paul has studied and continues to study Tantra Yoga, Quodoushka, Human Energetics, Emotional Process and Trauma, massage and integrates these areas of study into the private sessions and group classes he teaches.

Paul’s 37 years experience of relationship is the source of his strength and foundation that allows him to work from a place of safety and security. He holds space from a well-grounded, confident, masculine perspective and students feel his compassion, wisdom and mature presence when working with him.
